Job summary

FxPro is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its expanding international team in Dubai. You will drive growth, identify target markets, and present our fintech solutions to new clients while maintaining relationships with existing partners.

This role requires a strong client portfolio, English fluency, and the ability to travel as needed. You will work with a dynamic team and contribute to strategic market development across diverse regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years in a similar industry.
• Fluent in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Strong client portfolio and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in Google apps.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales targets and key leaders of opinion.
• Present products and services to new clients.
• Conduct regular market research.
• Identify key markets and provide input.
• Build market strategies for specified regions.
• Plan webinars and promotions for targeted markets.
• Maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
• Arrange meetings with contacts and prospects.
• Attend major industry events.
• Document business development activities.

• Keep pro-active position in running a business
• Ability to travel when required
