Job summary

Macber Expo is seeking a focused Business Development Manager in Dubai. You will grow relationships with exhibition organisers, event owners, venues and partners across UAE and GCC, driving new business for integrated registration and on-site operations solutions.

You will lead proposals, coordinate bids, and represent Macber at industry events. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is helpful for regional markets. This is a full-time role with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience selling into exhibitions, events, venues or event technology.
• Knowledge of event procurement, lead times and on-site operational risks.
• Strong client discovery, proposal writing and relationship management.
• Ability to coordinate complex bids with multiple contributors.
• English fluency required; Arabic is useful for regional markets.

Responsibilities

• Build a focused pipeline of exhibition and large event opportunities.
• Understand organiser requirements for registration, check-in, badging, attendee journeys, lead retrieval and reporting.
• Coordinate scoped proposals with product, hardware and operations colleagues.
• Manage the bid process, procurement conversations, forecasts and client handovers.
• Represent Macber in relevant industry meetings and events.
