Job summary

GRG International Pty Ltd in the UAE seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead growth of a leading 3PL operation in the GCC, building and guiding a high-performance sales team and driving strategic customer acquisition.

You will collaborate with C-level leadership to shape GCC strategy, negotiate high-value partnerships, and expand the regional footprint across road freight, warehousing, and distribution.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of commercial experience in logistics.
• Proven track record in GCC markets and road freight, distribution or warehousing.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
