Role Description

The Business Development Manager - French Speaking is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations, preparing quotations and proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves closely coordinating with internal teams on pricing, logistics, and after-sales support, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and providing regular forecasts and performance reports. The Business Development Manager will represent Premium Pack at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's packaging solutions and strengthen brand presence.

Qualifications

• Strong business development and B2B sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation.
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and partners.
• Experience in packaging, industrial equipment, or related sectors, with the ability to understand technical product features.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications for managing client information, reporting, and presentations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, meet targets, and collaborate within a multicultural team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; relevant sales or industry certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in GCC or international markets is preferred; willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.
