Job summary

Doo Group in Dubai is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team. You will bring in new clients, IBs, and partners in the Forex/CFD space while maintaining long-term relationships.

Responsibilities include developing retail and institutional business, managing IBs and partners, meeting KPIs, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure top-tier client service. The role requires 2+ years in Forex/CFD sales and is based in our Dubai office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Forex/CFD sales or business development experience.
• Existing client portfolio and/or active IB network is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Arabic, English, Hindi, or other regional languages are an advantage.
