Job summary

Codot Logistics in Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Air Freight to identify, win, and onboard new customers while expanding revenue streams. The role requires building strong client relationships and delivering tailored air freight and logistics solutions.

You will work closely with Operations and Customer Service to ensure smooth shipments and effective negotiation of terms. A proven track record in air freight sales and a degree in business/logistics are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Air Freight sales / Freight Forwarding
• Proven track record in new customer acquisition
• Strong understanding of Air Cargo, Import & Export
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Strong commercial acumen with a highly target-oriented approach

Responsibilities
