Job summary

KeyMAVENS Group in the UAE is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for Real Estate Investments to originate and qualify high-quality opportunities across Dubai and the wider UAE.

The role leverages an extensive UAE real estate network and proven ability to secure off-market deals, while developing joint ventures and strategic partnerships with owners, developers and family offices.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of Dubai/UAE real estate experience.
• Experience in business development, investment origination, acquisitions, development, brokerage or strategic partnerships.
• Strong and proven existing network within Dubai's real estate industry.
• Sourcing off-market and proprietary investment opportunities.
• Experience dealing with landowners, developers, HNWI and senior decision-makers.
• Experience with JVs, land transactions, distressed assets or development opportunities is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and development landscape.

About the Role:

KEYMAVENS is seeking an experienced, commercially driven and highly connected Business Development Manager - Real Estate Investments to join its Investment Department. The role is responsible for originating, qualifying and developing high-quality real estate investment opportunities across Dubai and the wider UAE.

The ideal candidate combines a strong UAE real estate network, relationship-building ability and the discipline to bring well-qualified opportunities to the Investment Department for further analysis and evaluation.

Required Experience

• 5-8+ years of relevant experience in Dubai/UAE real estate.
• Proven experience in business development, investment origination, acquisitions, development,brokerageor strategic partnerships.
• Strong and proven existing network within Dubai's real estate industry.
• Demonstrated ability to source off-market and proprietary investment opportunities.
• Experience dealing directly with landowners, developers, HNWI and Family Owned Offices/investors and senior decision-makers.
• Experience with JVs, land transactions, acquisitions, distressed assets or development opportunities ishighly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and development landscape.
