Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a seasoned investment and corporate finance professional for a Dubai-based role within a leading UAE luxury real estate developer. The successful candidate will lead financial analysis, model development, and valuation across development projects, acquisitions, and strategic opportunities.

You will support capital raising, refinancing, and capital structuring while engaging with GCC investors, family offices, banks, and institutional capital providers.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in Real Estate Private Equity, IB, or corporate finance.
• Native or fluent Arabic with strong English communication.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities.
• Experience engaging with investors, banks, and senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related.
• MBA/CFA/ACA/ACCA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis and valuation of development projects, acquisitions, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including DCF, feasibility, sensitivity analysis, and returns.
• Support investment decisions with market research and investment committee presentations.
• Assist in structuring transactions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
• Support capital raising across developments and investor relations.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for external stakeholders.
• Participate in investor meetings and represent the business with Arabic-speaking partners.
• Coordinate with banks on development financing and related corporate finance workstreams.

As the business continues to expand its development pipeline and strengthen relationships with regional investors, they are seeking an experienced investment and corporate finance professional to join their Dubai-based team.

Job Description

Lead financial analysis and valuation of development projects, acquisitions, and strategic investment opportunities.

Build and maintain detailed financial models, including DCF, project feasibility, sensitivity analysis, and return calculations.

Support investment decision-making through commercial analysis, market research, and investment committee presentations.

Evaluate capital allocation opportunities across the company's development portfolio.

Assist in structuring transactions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.

Support capital raising and fundraising initiatives across new and existing developments.

Develop and maintain relationships with investors, family offices, UHNWIs, and institutional capital providers.

Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and financial materials for external stakeholders.

Participate in investor meetings and represent the business in discussions with Arabic-speaking investors and partners.

Act as a key point of contact between the company and prospective capital partners.

Work closely with local and international banks on development financing and broader corporate finance initiatives.

Assess financing structures and funding solutions across projects and investment opportunities.

Coordinate lender due diligence requirements and financing workstreams.

Support refinancing, debt management, and strategic funding initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.8-15 years of relevant experience within Real Estate Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Real Estate Investments, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Family Offices, or leading real estate developers.

Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.

Demonstrated experience evaluating and executing investment transactions.

Exposure to real estate development, acquisitions, structured investments, capital raising, or strategic finance initiatives.

Experience interacting with investors, banks, family offices, and senior stakeholders.

Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Commercially minded with the ability to balance detailed analysis and relationship management.

Professional presence and ability to represent the business in investor-facing situations.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline.

MBA, CFA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

Experience within the GCC real estate sector would be advantageous.

Familiarity with development financing and capital structuring preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work effectively across finance, development, legal, and executive leadership teams.
