Job summary

FinTop Consulting partners with a leading Retail FX/CFD brokerage to hire a results-driven Business Development Manager for the Arabic-speaking market. You will leverage an established network and deep market knowledge to drive new business and build long-term client and partner relationships in the MENA region.

The role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, managing key partnerships, and conducting market research to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BDM/Sales experience, preferably within FX, CFD, FinTech, or Financial Services.
• Strong network and market knowledge across MENA.
• Good understanding of financial markets and trading products.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

We are looking for a commercially driven professional with strong knowledge of the Retail Forex/CFD industry, an established network, and proven experience in developing new business and building long-term client and partner relationships.
