Job summary

PrimeBox in Dubai is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to acquire new clients and open up markets across the UAE. You will hunt opportunities across B2C and B2B channels, identify verticals, and negotiate deals end-to-end.

The role requires a proven track record in sourcing clients independently, fluent English, and a self-starting attitude. Owning a car and UAE driving licence is preferred to support field activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business development or active B2B/B2C sales.
• Proven track record of independently sourcing clients – not just handling inbound.
• Strong negotiator with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Self-starter who thrives without micromanagement.
• Own car and UAE driving licence (preferred).
