The role focuses on generating new business, expanding referrals, and increasing transaction volumes through existing and new client relationships, with a target-driven environment.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with direct experience in Dubai Property Registration Trustee services. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of Dubai Land Department (DLD) property registration transactions and an established network of real estate brokers, agencies, and property developers.

The candidate will be responsible for generating business specifically for property registration services, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing transaction volumes through existing and new client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business specifically for property registration and related Trustee services.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, real estate agencies, property developers, and investors.
• Develop referral networks to increase property registration transactions.
• Promote the company's Trustee Centre services to real estate professionals and corporate clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
• Identify potential clients and conduct regular visits to real estate agencies and property developers.
• Follow up on leads and referrals to convert them into completed transactions.
• Monitor business development activities and achieve assigned revenue and transaction targets.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth processing of property registration transactions.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Previous direct experience in a Property Registration Trustee Centre in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Land Department (DLD) procedures and property registration transactions.
• Experience generating business for property registration Trustee services.
• An established network of real estate brokers, agencies, and property developers in Dubai.
• Proven ability to generate referrals, acquire clients, and increase transaction volumes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of DLD property transfer and other relevant registration services.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates currently working or previously employed as a Business Development Executive, Business Development Manager, or Sales Executive within a Property Registration Trustee Centre in Dubai are strongly preferred.

Important:

Candidates with only general real estate brokerage, property sales, or unrelated government services experience will not be considered. Direct experience in property registration Trustee services is essential.
