OnTime Group UAE is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with direct Dubai Property Registration Trustee experience to drive growth in its Trustee Centre services. A strong network of Dubai real estate brokers, agencies, developers, and an in-depth understanding of DLD procedures are essential.

The role focuses on generating new business, expanding referrals, and increasing transaction volumes through existing and new client relationships, with a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Direct, prior experience in a Property Registration Trustee Centre in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Land Department (DLD) procedures.
• Proven ability to generate referrals, acquire clients and increase transactions.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business for property registration and Trustee services.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agencies, developers, and investors.
• Develop referral networks to increase transactions.
• Promote Trustee Centre services to real estate professionals and corporate clients.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new opportunities.
• Identify potential clients and visit real estate agencies and developers.
• Follow up on leads to convert them into completed transactions.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth processing of registrations.
• Monitor activities and achieve revenue and transaction targets.
