Job summary

Agile Consultants in Jeddah seeks a Business Development Executive (MEP) to drive growth across Civil, Structural Steel, MEP and Fire Protection sectors in Saudi Arabia. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and support tenders, prequalification, and marketing activities.

The role requires 2–5 years in related fields, strong networking, and the ability to work independently to hit targets while coordinating with project teams for smooth handovers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–5 years in business development, sales, marketing, or tendering in construction sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Civil/MEP/Steel/Fire protection contracting businesses.
• Experience identifying opportunities and developing client relationships.
• Familiarity with tendering, prequalification, and project-based sales.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Good understanding of Saudi construction market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in Civil, MEP, Steel, and Fire Protection.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers.
• Arrange meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Support BD Manager with plans and strategies.
• Track tenders and project opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, capability statements, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with project teams for handover after award.
• Monitor market trends and competitors.
• Attend industry events and exhibitions.
• Maintain client database.
