Qualifications

• 10 years of business development experience in marble, natural stone, construction or fit-out industries.
• Proven success in securing multi-million dollar projects in the region.
• Strategic mindset with ability to translate vision into actionable plans and results.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
• UAE/GCC market knowledge and understanding of project sales cycles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture or related field; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and high-value marble projects within construction, hospitality, commercial and luxury real estate sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, architects, consultants and other key decision-makers.
• Lead the end-to-end bidding and proposal process for large-scale tenders and contracts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to refine positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and networking forums to enhance visibility and reputation.

Black & Grey HR is recruiting an experienced and dynamic Business Development Director to join our client's team in the luxury building materials industry in Dubai UAE. Our client is seeking an ideal candidate to join their executive leadership team and drive strategic growth initiatives. This role demands a visionary leader with deep industry insight, commercial acumen and the ability to identify and secure large-scale marble and natural stone projects across the UAE and GCC.
