Job summary

Danube Group in Dubai seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales activities across marble, granite, limestone and other natural stones, driving growth in the UAE. You will leverage an established network among contractors, developers, architects, interior designers, consultants and trading companies to expand customer base and close large-value projects.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic selling, and the ability to coordinate with production, logistics and installation teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in marble, granite or natural stone industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction and interior-fit-out market.
• Existing network with contractors, developers, architects, designers is highly advantageous.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; Arabic-speaking candidates preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with strong knowledge of the marble, granite, natural stone industry to lead sales activities and expand our customer base in Dubai and the UAE. The ideal candidate should have an established network among contractors, developers, architects, interior designers, consultants, and trading companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Generate new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with clients.
• Manage existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat and project-based business.
• Build relationships with developers, contractors, architects, consultants, interior designers, and fit-out companies.
• Promote and sell marble, granite, limestone, quartzite, porcelain and other natural-stone products.
• Identify upcoming construction and fit-out projects and follow them from specification through order completion.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and commercial terms, and close sales.
• Conduct regular market research and monitor competitor pricing, products and activities.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor sales pipeline, customer payments and outstanding receivables.
• Prepared sales forecasts and regular reports for management.
• Lead, motivate and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Attend client meetings, exhibitions and industry events to develop business opportunities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve commercial or operational issues promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of sales experience in marble, granite, natural stone or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE construction and interior-fit-out market.
• Existing network of contractors, developers, consultants, architects and designers is highly advantageous.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and closing large-value projects.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent Arabic and English; Arabic-speaking candidates strongly preferred.
