Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as Marble Supervisor in fit-out or construction.
• Experience supervising marble works for luxury villas, apartments, or high-end residential projects.
• Ability to read construction drawings and take precise site measurements.
• Previous experience coordinating with an in-house marble factory is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise marble and natural stone installation on residential fit-out projects.
• Plan daily work and allocate tasks to installers and subcontractors.
• Take accurate site measurements and coordinate fabrication with the factory.
• Review shop drawings and ensure installation aligns with drawings and specs.
• Coordinate material deliveries, lifting, tools, and equipment for progress.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure premium finishing quality on site.
• Conduct inspections, identify defects, and ensure timely rectification.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement and Factory teams.
• Maintain daily site reports, manpower records and progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company standards.
• Resolve on-site technical issues related to marble installation and finishing.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all marble and natural stone installation activities on residential fit‑out projects.
• Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks to marble installers and subcontractors.
• Take accurate site measurements and coordinate with the marble factory for fabrication.
• Review shop drawings and ensure installation is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate material deliveries, lifting requirements, tools, and equipment to ensure uninterrupted site progress.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure premium finishing quality throughout installation.
• Conduct inspections, identify defects or snags, and ensure timely rectification.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and Factory teams.
• Maintain daily site reports, manpower records, and progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company quality standards.
• Resolve on‑site technical issues related to marble installation and finishing.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Marble Supervisor within the fit‑out or construction industry.
• Experience supervising marble works for luxury villas, apartments, or high‑end residential projects.
• Good knowledge of marble types, cutting, polishing, fabrication, installation methods, and finishing details.
• Previous experience working with or coordinating an in‑house marble factory is highly preferred.
• Ability to read construction drawings and take precise site measurements.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Immediate joiners will have an advantage.

• Residential interior fit‑out projects.
• Luxury villas and high‑end finishing.
• Marble flooring, wall cladding, staircases, vanity tops, countertops, and custom stone installations.
