Avyanco Business Setup Consultancy in Dubai seeks an experienced Business Development & Sales Director to lead the sales division for business setup and corporate services. You will drive revenue growth, manage high‑value clients, and build strategic partnerships across Mainland, Free Zones, ADGM, and DIFC.

You will lead and mentor the sales team, set targets and KPIs, develop proposals and presentations, and ensure effective CRM usage with accurate forecasting for senior management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a senior sales/business development leadership role.

• We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven Business Development & Sales Director to lead our business setup and corporate services sales division. The ideal candidate will have strong, hands‑on knowledge of UAE business setup and corporate structuring, including Mainland, Free Zones, ADGM, and DIFC, as well as a solid understanding of UAE corporate tax, VAT, accounting, bookkeeping, compliance, and related corporate services. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing high‑value clients, building strategic partnerships, leading the sales team, and driving revenue growth across business setup and ongoing corporate services.

UAE Business Setup Expertise

The candidate should be able to confidently advise clients on the differences, advantages, requirements, and commercial considerations of:

• UAE Mainland company formation
• UAE Free Zone company formation
• ADGM company formation and structures
• DIFC company formation and structures
• Branches and representative offices
• Holding companies and corporate structures
• Professional, commercial, industrial, and service activities
• Shareholding and ownership structures
• Visa and immigration requirements
• Office and workplace requirements
• Corporate bank account considerations
• Licensing and regulatory requirements
• Corporate restructuring and expansion
• International investors establishing UAE operations

Sales Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and manage the business development and sales team.
• Set individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor conversion rates, lead quality, sales cycles, revenue, and client acquisition costs.
• Conduct regular pipeline reviews and sales performance meetings.
• Develop sales scripts, proposals, presentations, and client consultation processes.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of experience in business setup, corporate services, professional services, consulting, or a related B2B sales environment.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a senior sales/business development leadership role.
• Strong UAE market knowledge and established business network.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving significant sales targets.
• Experience selling business setup, corporate services, tax, accounting, or related professional services.
• Strong understanding of UAE Mainland and Free Zone structures.
• Strong knowledge of ADGM and DIFC.
• Strong working knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT.
• Understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, audit, and corporate compliance services.
• Experience managing and developing sales teams.
• Proven ability to close high-value B2B and B2C deals.
