You will evaluate partnerships, analyze service gaps, and translate data into executive-level recommendations that shape strategic decisions and improve patient experience across the network.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in healthcare business development, analytics, strategy, or performance improvement.
• 2-3 years supporting executive leadership in large healthcare organizations.
• Strong analytical, financial, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess market trends and service gaps to identify growth opportunities.
• Evaluate business cases, expansion proposals, and strategic partnerships.
• Turn operational and clinical data into executive-level insights and recommendations.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives that improve efficiency and patient experience.
• Support executive governance forums and strategic reporting.
