Qualifications

• Strong analytical, consulting, and management consulting skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; able to build long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Business Consultant cum Sales Executive. The role involves advising clients on business setup, corporate structuring, and process improvement while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs, preparing proposals, and presenting tailored solutions. The person in this role will manage the sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and closing, while maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services, tracking performance against sales and consulting targets, and preparing regular reports for management.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of Finance to interpret data, assess business performance, and support client recommendations.
• Candidates should possess Consulting and Management Consulting skills to diagnose client challenges, design practical solutions, and support implementation of business strategies.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, negotiate agreements, and build long-term relationships.
• Relevant experience in business consulting, corporate services, or professional services sales in Dubai or the region is beneficial.
