Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Acquire clients across Oil & Gas, government, semi-government, and private sectors.
• Build relationships with HR, Procurement, Operations, and senior decision-makers.
• Lead client meetings, proposals, tenders, negotiations, and contract closures.
• Manage and grow key accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Work with recruitment/operations teams to ensure successful client delivery.

• 5+ years' experience in Recruitment, Staffing, or Manpower Outsourcing.
