Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an Account Executive - Recruitment (Oil & Gas) in Dubai, UAE. You will manage and grow client relationships, ensuring successful recruitment delivery for oil & gas accounts in the GCC region.

Responsibilities include account management, stakeholder engagement, and expanding services through upselling and cross-selling NES workforce solutions. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in the GCC region, with Oil & Gas sector exposure.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Experience supporting onboarding activities including offers, mobilization, compliance, and visa processes.

Account Executive - Recruitment (Oil & Gas)

Location: Dubai, UAE

The Account Executive is responsible for managing and developing client relationships while ensuring the successful delivery of recruitment in the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Client Engagement

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Manage strategic client relationships to ensure high levels of service delivery, client satisfaction, and account retention.
• Conduct regular client reviews and business discussions to understand workforce needs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Business Development & Growth

• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through stakeholder mapping and market intelligence.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling NES services and workforce solutions.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment, account management, workforce solutions, or staffing services within the GCC region in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting onboarding activities, including offers, mobilization, compliance, and visa processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
