Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and analytical person to support both business operations and the Group General Manager (GGM). This unique hybrid role combines strategic planning, project coordination, and high-level administrative support to ensure smooth execution of key initiatives and day-to-day operations.
You will work cross-functionally with internal teams, track KPIs and project milestones, coordinate executive tasks, and act as a trusted partner to the GGM. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic business efforts while also playing a key role in executive support and leadership enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Strategy Support
- Assist in the execution and monitoring of business strategies and initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support planning and decision-making
- Support project management activities: track timelines, deliverables, and outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and workflows
- Maintain clear documentation of business activities, workflows, and project details
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations
- Participate in business process reviews and help identify areas for efficiency gains
- Coordinate strategic initiatives and team-wide goal tracking
Executive Office & GM Support
- Manage the GM’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and communications
- Organize and support GM-led meetings (agendas, minutes, action item follow-up)
- Coordinate domestic and international travel and process expense reports
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information
- Ensure timely follow-up on tasks and priorities delegated by the GM
- Assist in the preparation of materials for leadership meetings and board discussions
- Serve as a liaison between the GM’s office and internal/external stakeholders
- Support the administrative and operational needs of the Executive Office
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in business operations, executive support, or strategy-related roles
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (e.g., Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders with discretion and professionalism
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
