Role Overview

Asian Global Infotech is seeking an experienced Business Analyst - Airline E-Commerce to support digital product delivery and improve customer experience within the airline e-commerce domain. You’ll gather requirements, analyze business processes, support Agile delivery, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance airline booking and customer service solutions. This is a fully onsite role in Dubai, requiring you to work five days a week.

Requirements & Qualifications

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of airline booking processes, customer servicing, and digital customer journeys; experience with Agile delivery, user stories, and functional requirements; knowledge of airline operations including IRROPS (flight delays, cancellations, rebooking, disruption management); experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools.

Core Competencies: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; willingness to work onsite in Dubai five days a week; if you’re outside the UAE, you must be willing to relocate and hold a valid passport; immediate to 30 days notice period preferred.
