Job summary

Asian Global Infotech is seeking an experienced Business Analyst - Airline E-Commerce to support digital product delivery and improve customer experience within the airline e-commerce domain. This role suits you if you have strong business analysis expertise and experience working with digital products, travel platforms, and customer journey optimization.

You’ll gather requirements, analyze business processes, support Agile delivery, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance airline booking

Qualifications

5+ years of overall experience with at least 4 years in Business Analysis in airline e-commerce, travel, or digital product environments.
Strong understanding of airline booking processes, customer servicing, and digital customer journeys.
Experience with Agile delivery and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and manage business requirements for digital products.
Support airline e-commerce product delivery and customer experience improvements.
Create user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Perform business process modelling and workflow analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
Support Agile project activities and manage requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
Use requirement and defect management tools such as Azure DevOps.
