About the Role:

THC Consulting FZE is hiring a Brand Manager on behalf of one of its clients in the medical aesthetics and healthcare industry.

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and commercially driven Brand Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience in medical aesthetics and the professional beauty industry. This industry experience is mandatory.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in aesthetic product marketing, brand development, and portfolio management, with a thorough understanding of aesthetic dermatology, professional aesthetic treatments, market positioning, and competitive strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen market positioning, brand awareness, and commercial growth.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, promotional initiatives, and product lifecycle management.
• Drive product positioning and differentiation through market research, competitor analysis, and emerging aesthetic treatment trends.
• Develop marketing materials, product presentations, promotional content, and digital campaigns targeting healthcare professionals and aesthetic practitioners.
• Collaborate with sales, medical, regulatory, and digital marketing teams to ensure consistent brand communication and effective campaign execution.
• Build strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians, clinic owners, and other key industry stakeholders.
• Monitor brand performance, market share, campaign effectiveness, and sales outcomes to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets, external agencies, and promotional initiatives while ensuring compliance with applicable industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant brand management experience, with mandatory experience in medical aesthetics and the professional beauty industry.
• Strong understanding of aesthetic dermatology, professional aesthetic treatments, product positioning, and competitive brand strategies.
• Experience managing aesthetic product portfolios, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of the UAE or wider GCC medical aesthetics market will be an advantage.
• Experience engaging with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians, clinics, and healthcare professionals is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
