Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of brand management experience in medical aesthetics and professional beauty.
• Strong expertise in aesthetic product marketing, brand development and portfolio management.
• Knowledge of UAE or GCC medical aesthetics market is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen market positioning and growth.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and lifecycle management.
• Drive product positioning through market research and competitor analysis.
• Create marketing materials, presentations, and digital campaigns for healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with sales, medical, regulatory and digital marketing teams for consistent branding.
• Build relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians, clinic owners and stakeholders.
• Monitor brand performance and campaign effectiveness to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets, external agencies and ensure regulatory compliance.
