Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in guest services or sales is a plus.
• Ability to train, evaluate, counsel, motivate, and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Promote awareness of brand image and use sales techniques to maximize revenue.
• Communicate with potential owners via telephone to set up preview package sales/tours.
• Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours.
• Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation.
• Verify eligibility for preview package tours prior to scheduling.
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing.
• Receive, record, and relay messages accurately.
• Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating and coaching employees.
• Follow company policies; maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
