Synolon Systems in Dubai is seeking a Marketing & Brand Director to lead global marketing, branding, communications, and growth initiatives. You will build a powerful brand presence, drive audience growth, and position the company as a category leader within robotics and AI.

You will develop multi-channel campaigns, shape content strategy across websites, newsletters, social media, podcasts and video, and mentor high-performing teams in a fast‑growing AI-native environment.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in marketing, branding, or growth leadership roles.
• Proven experience scaling brand and marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and performance marketing.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Brand strategy & positioning across channels; ensure consistent identity.
• Lead integrated marketing across digital, social, content, PR, partnerships, events.
• Content strategy across websites, newsletters, social media, podcasts, video.
• Oversee digital growth, SEO, paid ads, email marketing, analytics.
• Mentor teams and manage external agencies/partners; set KPIs.
