Job summary

KinFitz & Co. in Dubai is seeking a brand and marketing leader to build and drive a formal function in a fast-growing AI-powered mobility company.

You will guide a small team and shape how the brand appears across materials, digital content, and proposals, aligning with senior leadership’s vision. The role requires 5+ years in marketing with people management and a track record in brand direction, fluent English, and preferably Arabic.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience with genuine people management and team leadership.
• Track record of setting brand direction and strategy beyond content creation.
• Comfort managing designers, content creators and proposal writers as direct reports.
• Fluent English is essential; Arabic strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set the overall brand strategy and messaging across social media, signage, and client materials.
• Lead and direct a team of designers, content creators and proposal writers without daily keyboard work.
• Elevate company communications with consumers and commercial clients, including proposals’ tone and design.
• Monitor trends and audience behavior to keep content relevant and effective.
• Act as the bridge between senior leadership’s brand vision and day-to-day execution.

A fast growing AI powered smart mobility company based in Dubai has gone from a handful of pilot sites to hundreds of live locations across the UAE in under two years, backed by major real estate and infrastructure partnerships and genuine, working AI technology, not just a buzzword. The commercial and technical teams have scaled hard to keep up with that growth.

What you'll be doing:

• Setting the overall brand strategy and messaging across social media, on site signage and client facing materials
• Leading and directing a team of designers, content creators and proposal writers, without being the one at the keyboard
• Elevating how the business communicates with both consumers and commercial clients, including the tone and design of business proposals
• Staying close to current trends and audience behaviour to keep content and outreach relevant
• Acting as the connective tissue between senior leadership's vision for the brand and the teams executing on it day to day

What we need:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with genuine people management and team leadership experience, not just individual contribution
• A track record of setting brand direction and strategy rather than only producing content
• Comfort managing designers, content creators and proposal writers as direct reports
• Fluent English essential, Arabic strongly preferred
• Bonus if you have exposure to B2B, tech or AI driven businesses, though this is not a hard requirement
