Job summary

The Emirates Group is seeking a Merchandise Support Specialist to oversee branded retail and wholesale operations across Emirates Official Store platforms in the UAE. You will ensure revenue targets are met while safeguarding brand integrity and aligning with CCMB objectives.

Responsibilities include managing stores, relationships with Dubai Duty Free, inventory control, and leading a team of supervisors and shop assistants. A strong marketing calendar and budget oversight are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar retail operations role.
• Degree or Honours in Marketing & Media Communications or relevant field.
• Experience managing multiple Emirates Official Stores.
• Proven leadership and budget oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Emirates Official Stores operations within UAE and meet financial targets.
• Manage Dubai Duty Free relationship and logistics.
• Maintain wholesale margins and brand integrity of EOS.
• Lead stock management, annual stocktakes, and POS system compliance.
• Develop a 12-month marketing calendar and mentor retail staff.
