Job summary

The Greater Change in Dubai seeks a Brand Assistant to support the Brand Manager across sales reporting, inventory monitoring, pricing and marketing for multiple brands. The role requires strong organisational skills and coordination with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth day-to-day brand operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing or related field.
• 2-4 years' experience in a brand, sales support, purchasing or sales coordination role, ideally in distribution, electronics, photography or AV.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and reporting.
• Experience with ERP or inventory systems.
• Excellent organisation, follow-up and attention to detail.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working with suppliers, logistics and accounts teams.
• Based in Dubai, or able to relocate and work on-site.
• As per Company Standards.

Responsibilities

• Sales Reporting: Prepare weekly brand-wise sales, gross profit and target achievement reports.
• Stock Monitoring: Track stock availability and low/out-of-stock items.
• Purchase Coordination: Prepare replenishment requirements and follow up on POs.
• Import Follow-up: Coordinate shipping documents, shipment status and requirements.
• Product Information: Maintain product specifications, catalogues, images and SKU records.
• Pricing Support: Maintain cost sheets and price lists; identify discrepancies.
• Sales Team Support: Handle product inquiries, stock checks and quotations.
• Marketing Coordination: Coordinate listings, launches, promotions and visibility.
• Slow-Moving Stock Follow-up: Prepare stock ageing reports and plan clearances.
• Action Tracking: Maintain supplier correspondence and trackers for tasks and deadlines.

About the Role

The Brand Assistant will support the Brand Manager in coordinating sales reporting, inventory monitoring, purchasing, imports, product information, pricing and marketing activities across multiple brands. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and effective coordination with internal teams and external suppliers to keep day-to-day brand operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Reporting: Prepare weekly brand-wise sales, gross profit and target achievement reports, highlighting gaps that need the Brand Manager's attention.
• Stock Monitoring: Track stock availability, low-stock items and out-of-stock products.
• Purchase Coordination: Prepare replenishment requirements for the Brand Manager's approval. Follow up on purchase orders, supplier confirmations and delivery schedules.
• Import Follow-up: Coordinate with suppliers, logistics and accounts teams on shipping documents, shipment status and pending requirements.
• Product Information: Maintain up-to-date product specifications, catalogues, images, warranty details and SKU records across all brands.
• Pricing Support: Maintain cost sheets and approved channel price lists. Identify pricing discrepancies and margin concerns.
• Sales Team Support: Handle routine product enquiries, stock checks, quotation inputs and requests for catalogues or demonstration units.
• Marketing Coordination: Follow up with marketing and e-commerce teams on product listings, launches, promotions and brand visibility.
• Slow-Moving Stock Follow-up: Prepare stock ageing reports across all brands. Coordinate approved clearance activities, bundle offers and sales activation plans.
• Action Tracking and Administration: Maintain supplier correspondence, meeting notes, warranty claim follow-ups and trackers for pending tasks, owners and deadlines.
