Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant/Executive to support senior marketing leadership in implementing strategies and campaigns, conducting market research, and executing initiatives that drive brand awareness.

You will help create marketing collateral, manage online presence including website updates and social media, coordinate events, and liaise with sales, product and manufacturing to gather information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within the trading, manufacturing, or construction industries.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of marketing software (CRM, CMS) is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or other regional languages is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic, multicultural work environment.
• A valid UAE driving license is required for this role.
