Confidential Careers is seeking a Brand Development & Communications Lead in Dubai to shape new consumer brands from concept to market. You will own the visual identity, packaging, retail presence and communications strategy for premium brands, guiding agency partners and cross-functional teams.

This role emphasizes building cohesive brands across markets, translating strategy into creative direction, and delivering launch-ready assets that resonate with consumers in the beauty and premium

Qualifications

• Experience developing new consumer brands from concept to market.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into creative direction.
• Strong project and stakeholder management in branding.
• Experience in beauty, fragrance, FMCG or premium cosmetics desirable.

Responsibilities

• Source, brief and manage creative, branding and communications agencies.
• Lead development of Brand Books, visual identities and brand guidelines.
• Oversee packaging concepts and creative development.
• Translate brand strategy into compelling communication concepts and campaign territories.
• Develop retail assets including POSM, gondolas, podiums, GWP concepts and launch kits.
• Build visual toolkits and comprehensive brand asset libraries.
• Establish guidelines for consistent execution across markets and channels.
• Support PR planning, creator activation and launch communications.
• Ensure all brand touchpoints are cohesive and market-ready.
• Review outputs with Head of Incubation before management presentation.
