Lead a marketing and creative team, oversee multi-channel campaigns, and drive luxury branding with a focus on Dubai real estate markets and regulatory familiarity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Dubai real estate marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in luxury branding and integrated campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Creative Direction & Visual Strategy: set and safeguard visual identity across billboards, digital, social, and print.
• Technical Oversight: oversee design workflows, AI, CGI, rendering for assets.
• Team Leadership: lead in-house marketing and creative teams.
• Marketing Strategy & Launches: manage end-to-end marketing for project launches.
• Social & Lead Management: drive social media, LinkedIn lead generation and conversions.
• Performance Marketing: monitor budgets and optimize paid campaigns.
• Vendor & Partner Management: manage external agencies and studios to deliver on-brand materials.
