Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced brand manager with a strong background in branding, preferably within cosmetics and perfume, to lead brand strategy, positioning, and growth in the UAE market. You will own the brand narrative and oversee launches and campaigns across channels.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in brand management, deep UAE/GCC market knowledge, and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to drive measurable ROI and engage consumers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of brand management experience
• Experience in cosmetics/beauty/fragrance industry preferred
• Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategies and campaigns
• Strong understanding of UAE/GCC consumer markets
• Excellent communication, project management and analytical skills
• Creative mindset with strong commercial awareness
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage brand positioning, identity, messaging, and overall brand image
• Lead product launches, campaigns, promotions, and brand activations
• Develop and execute marketing plans across digital, social media, retail, and other channels
• Conduct market research and monitor consumer trends, competitors, and market opportunities
• Manage brand budgets and monitor campaign performance and ROI
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Retail teams
• Collaborate with agencies, influencers, media partners, and other external stakeholders
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all customer touchpoints
• Analyze sales and market performance and recommend strategies to drive brand growth.
