Your leadership will develop staff, optimize branch operations, ensure CRM data integrity, and deliver exceptional client service with a focus on cost control and brand reputation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 8+ years experience in investment, real estate, or hospitality.
• Proven leadership with focus on sales and team development.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of financial management and customer service principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch’s sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Oversee financial oversight: invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff; monitor performance.
• Ensure quality assurance and CRM data integrity throughout sales process.
• Resolve client issues; maintain brand reputation and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement local campaigns and gather market insights.
