Job summary

ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank seeks a Branch Sales Executive for the East Coast region (Fujairah / Ras Al-Khaimah). You will source Personal Finance applications from the local market, visit companies, and strive to achieve targets while upholding ADIB policies.

Role requires PF and RBG product knowledge, strong sales skills, and compliance with UAE banking regulations. You will maintain a DSR, build relationships, and support cross-selling of banking products.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ADIB PF and other products and services.
• Fair knowledge of service standards and sales skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations and risks.
• Thorough knowledge of Central Bank of UAE regulations.
• General awareness of competitors in the local market.

Responsibilities

• Source New to Bank Personal Finance, cards, auto & takaful products to target segments and meet targets.
• Prepare and maintain DSR (Daily Sales Report) for visited customers and company visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with business entities and individuals where business is sourced.
• Visit potential companies to finalize deals within ADIB policy and provide feedback to RSS.
• Maintain product knowledge and apply it in daily activities.
• Deliver timely, prompt service to customers and adhere to office timing.
• Submit DSR to Branch Manager by end of day with details.
• Escalate non-compliance and keep colleagues informed.
• Prepare and review Standard Credit Applications ensuring information accuracy.
• Ensure applications submitted are error-free and rectify errors.
• Follow the approval process and accelerate delays when needed.
• Execute Murabaha contracts and coordinate card issuance within 24 hours after signing.
• Monitor disbursement and notify delays to BM/OSM.
• Maintain rapport with inter-department/peers for smooth workflow.
• Participate in promotions and activities from BM/OSM/line manager.
• Initiate cross-sell of other banking products on best efforts.
• Escalate customer complaints to supervisor when needed.
