Al Rostamani Group is seeking a senior Cashier/Teller for a branch operations role in Dubai, UAE. The position focuses on accurate cash handling, customer service, AML/KYC compliance, and daily operations support.

You will lead a cash handling team, ensure regulatory adherence, and drive customer satisfaction within a dynamic financial services environment. The role requires 5+ years in cashier/teller roles, with at least 2 years in senior operations, and a strong emphasis on accuracy,

Qualifications

• Graduate in any related field, preferably with Accounting background.
• 5+ years of experience as a Cashier/Teller with ≥2 years in a senior branch operations role.
• Experience handling large volume of cash is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills; team oriented and customer focused.

Responsabilités

• Ensure Cash counters are operational to support business requirements
• Provide service to all customers as per ARIE standards
• Communicate regulations for transactions professionally
• Advise customers on ARIE products & services
• Aim to reduce wait and service times; improve turn around time
• Lead customers to relevant departments for queries and deals
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and branch cash balance
• Monitor exchange rates for profitability and customer satisfaction
• Prepare periodic competition analysis reports to improve business
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and referral generation
