Job summary

TASC Outsourcing in Dubai is seeking a reliable Teller to support daily branch transactions, cash handling, and customer service while ensuring accuracy and compliance with banking procedures.

The role requires handling deposits, withdrawals, and payments, verifying customer IDs, and maintaining cash drawer accuracy. It also involves AML/KYC compliance, strong customer service, and collaboration with banking teams for product information and referrals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance, Business, or related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Bank Teller, Cashier, Branch Operations Executive, or Customer Service Executive preferred.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other branch transactions.
• Verify customer identification and ensure transactions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Provide customers with basic information on banking products and services and refer them to relevant teams where required.
• Identify and elevate suspicious or potentially fraudulent transactions in line with AML requirements.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation.
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service.
• Support smooth branch operations and assist with customer queries as required.
