Job summary

Seddiqi Holding, a leading luxury retailer in Dubai, seeks an experienced Boutique Manager to lead our team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive business performance in our luxury jewelry boutique.

You will manage store operations, inventory, and compliance, coach and develop staff, and analyze performance trends to uncover growth opportunities, while building strong customer relationships and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience, incl. 2 years in a managerial position in a luxury environment.
• Experience with luxury jewelry boutique is a must.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build working relationships.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Strong business development mindset, proactive in identifying potential new markets and customers.
