• Proven experience as an office assistant/office boy/tea boy/tea girl in a retail or boutique setting.
• Ability to prepare beverages (Arabic coffee, ghawa) using a coffee machine.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage clients professionally.
• Basic cleaning and organizational skills to maintain a pristine boutique.
• Ability to multitask across front-of-house and administrative duties.
• Proficiency in filing and data entry to support operations.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and grow with the team.
