Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a Shop Manager to lead daily boutique operations, drive sales, manage stock, and coordinate with back-office teams in Abu Dhabi. The role involves VIP service, merchandising decisions, and staff leadership to meet targets.

You will oversee customer relations, inventory control, and reporting, while collaborating with the Retail Manager on launches and promotions. Fluency in Russian and English is required, with at least five years in luxury retail.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day shop operations from customer service to after-sales service and admin tasks.
Be present on the shop floor to drive sales and handle VIP customers.
Conduct sales analysis, monitor market trends and competition.
Propose improvements in store merchandising, hours, and product mix.
Prepare quantitative and qualitative sales reports.
Identify customer needs and ensure consistent, high-quality service.
Maintain customer database and handle complaints effectively.
Enter stock receipts, control inventories, and oversee replenishment.
Coordinate with back office, suppliers, logistics, and marketing on launches and renovations.
Prepare staff schedules, coach and train team, and set monthly objectives.
Monitor stock transfers and product movement; ensure store cleanliness and policy adherence.
