Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead day-to-day shop operations, customer service, stock control, and back-office collaboration. You will manage staff, organize store layout, and prepare regular reports while working closely with the Retail Manager to ensure smooth boutique operations.

The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining luxury service standards, and driving merchandising excellence across the shop floor and window displays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a managerial role in luxury retail.
• Accurate and detail–oriented with strong procedural discipline.
• Flexible and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day shop operations, customer service, after-sales support and back‑office coordination.
• Generate sales on the shop floor, handle VIP customers and analyze market trends.
• Oversee stock, inventories, replenishment, pricing adjustments and layout merchandising.
• Coordinate with back office, suppliers, logistics, marketing and merchandising teams for launches and renovations.
• Prepare staff schedules, supervise recruitment, coach and train team members, and report to management.
