Nespresso UAE is seeking Coffee Specialists for its Boutiques in Abu Dhabi to act as ambassadors for the Nespresso brand, elevating the customer experience and contributing to Boutique performance in customer satisfaction & loyalty and business results.

You will welcome clients, identify needs, guide them through tasting, and showcase the full range of products while driving sales and maintaining brand standards across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate some experience in retail direct customer sales and service or hospitality.
• Must be a UAE National.

Responsibilities

• Acts as an enthusiastic ambassador for Nespresso.
• Welcomes the Boutique clientele and identifies their needs.
• Achieves high customer satisfaction through personalized and professional communication.
• Initiates customers to the art of coffee tasting and develops curiosity about the full range of products.
• Carries out sales of Nespresso products presented in the Boutique (coffee machines and accessories).
• Adheres to compliance and quality standards in line with SOPs and ensures safe working conditions.
• Participates in team meetings and contributes ideas to improve operations.
