Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in Building Management Systems or related tech sectors.
• Certifications in BMS or related fields (e.g., Certified Energy Manager) are advantageous.
• Experience in commercial building or construction industry with understanding of BMS applications.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools to manage leads and track performance.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus for international markets.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high‑value deals.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
• Self‑motivated and target‑driven with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities
