Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS) and system integration.
• Knowledge of Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS) and related cabling and networks.
• Experience coordinating with vendors to select/qualify BMS systems from major brands.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal, for client-facing discussions.
• Possession of or progression toward BMS/FDAS vendor certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support focused on BMS design, BOQ preparation, and documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors to select controllers, sensors, field devices, gateways, and cabling.
• Assist sales in preparing technically compliant BMS proposals.
• Attend client meetings to present BMS solutions and support tender evaluations.
• Ensure designs meet relevant standards, energy efficiency, and project specifications.
• Create quotes and bills of quantities for the sales team.
• Coordinate with vendors for technical qualification and solution validation.
• Provide scoping support and substantiate solutions to prospects from requirements and technical perspectives.
• Handover thorough documentation to the implementation team.
