Job summary

Al Tayer Engineering L.L.C. in Dubai seeks a Project Procurement & Commercial Coordinator to support the Building management division.

You will manage procurement, RFQs/RFPs and supplier negotiations, align with sales and warehouse teams, and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in procurement/commercial coordination, with responsibility for POs, invoicing, and cost control across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in procurement/commercial coordination.
• Experience in preparing proforma invoices, POs, RFQs/RFPs and coordinating with customers.
• Ability to coordinate with sales, warehouse, subcontractors and site personnel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly revenue reports and monitor revenue plan.
• Coordinate with sales team regarding revenue and LOI projects.
• Prepare proforma invoices and coordinate cheque preparation with customers.
• Identify procurement requirements and coordinate with departments.
• Analyze material specs, quantities, market trends, prices and availability.
• Evaluate suppliers, issue RFQs/RFPs and compare quotations.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and track approvals and deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and monitor costs.
• Coordinate with warehouse for inventory tracking and support demand planning.
• Verify supplier invoices against POs and GRs, prepare monthly invoice tracker.
• Coordinate invoice submissions and MIR document approvals with relevant teams.
• Monitor AR aging and communicate payment status with sales.
• Arrange delivery documentation and ensure smooth project site deliveries.
• Coordinate subcontractor PO issuance and installation terms.
• Track site schedules and coordinate with subcontractors for project execution.
