Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a BMS Commissioning Engineer to lead commissioning activities for client projects in the UAE. The role involves implementing BMS/EMS solutions, configuring servers and networks, and coordinating with sub-contractors under the guidance of project management and lead engineers.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in BMS/HVAC or controls, strong knowledge of BACnet/Modbus/MQTT, and willingness to travel to Abu Dhabi or Ajman.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 2–5 years in BMS, HVAC, or controls/automation; EBO and AS-P preferred.
• Experience with complex BMS control solutions; data centre exposure preferred.
• Understanding of BACnet, Modbus, MQTT and IP networking.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Implement BMS/EMS solutions for client projects.
• Manage site installations and sub-contractors with project team support.
• Commission solutions including software, graphics, installation, and commissioning.
• Configure BMS systems, servers, and network; integrate via Modbus, BACnet, MQTT.
• Pre-commission control panels and field devices on new/existing systems.
