Job summary

Careers at UAE is looking for a BMS Operator with over 5 years of experience in building management systems and associated controls. This role requires knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to ensure optimal system performance and safety compliance. The successful candidate will monitor, operate, and maintain automated systems, troubleshoot issues, and generate reports.

Ideal candidates will possess an ITI or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, and have the ability to effectively communicate and work within a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in BMS, Access Controls & CCTV Systems.
• Middle east experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor BMS and set control parameters.
• Troubleshoot equipment failure or errors.
• Generate equipment performance reports.
• Facilitate necessary system changes.
• Respond to system alarms and events.
• Provide preventive maintenance schedules.
