Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants in Abu Dhabi is seeking an MEP, LV & ELV Technician to support testing, configuration, commissioning and maintenance of critical building infrastructure across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LV distribution, BMS integration, CCTV and access control systems, and will design and supervise preventive maintenance across sites in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years hands-on experience in MEP installation, power distribution (LV panels/generators), and LV systems.
• Deep working knowledge of DEWA Regulations for Electrical Installations and/or Abu Dhabi DoE/ADDC Electricity Wiring Regulations.
• OEM certifications from major manufacturers for BMS, ACS, and CCTV platforms are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission MEP systems per approved drawings and specs.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot LV switchgear components (ACBs, MCCBs, busbars, protection relays).
• Perform routine testing and preventive maintenance on diesel generators and ATS/SCADA panels.
• Configure and commission BMS hardware and software for energy efficiency and climate control.
• Install, configure, and commission CCTV cameras, NVRs/DVRs, and access control panels.
• Document maintenance activities, keep logs, and ensure safety and compliance with LOTO protocols.
